Welcome welcome! On today's episode, we chat about the encouragement (or lack of it) that people give us is a projection of their own limitations.
If you have something you are working towards or that you have a vision for, do the inner work and execute! Waiting for the external to catch up keeps us in a perpetual limbo state of hopes and dreams.
You have your mind and ideas for a reason. Work with your strengths and weaknesses, integrate them into who you are, and build the life you want for yourself. Life is too short not to.
P.S.: Please leave a review if you have been enjoying listening to my podcast episodes! I'd really appreciate the feedback. Catch you again next week.

Hello all! Thank you for tuning into another episode on the pod.
I was mid cooking when something told me to sit down and record. Not the ideal timing but that's kinda how intuition is~ Don't ask questions; just listen!
In this episode, we get real about how you may be getting in your own way and how to tolerate the messy path forward instead. I also touch on how meditation is one of the greatest tools to use for growth because it teaches you how to create that "space between". That gap in between gets you more in touch with your true essence.
Stop listening to the excuses and take control.
Hello and welcome back to another episode on the House of Jade!
Today I talk about how to recognize the signs of an unhealthy relationship, maintain your sense of self while dating, and learn to make choices that cultivate genuine self-love and are in alignment with you.
We also talk about slowing down when it comes to building things you want to last in your life.
And as a little reminder:
Putting yourself first is not selfish. It's what allows the rest of your life to flow from your full cup.
With love,
Em
Welcome back to another episode of the House of Jade!
Today I get vulnerable about how this past year has gone for me, what I've been learning through it, and how I am reframing things going off plan into important teaching moments on my journey.
We are all in this together. No one's life is perfect; we each have our struggles to work through. Learning how to cultivate self-compassion and acceptance is helping me the most as I work through the messy and tucked away parts of myself. Always be kind; we never know what someone else has gone through.
Growth and healing are not pretty, it's rather uncomfortable. Be with it all, because there is great strength and wisdom built in your toughest moments.
With love,
Em
Welcome back to another episode of the House of Jade.
Today we get into how we should remember to be discerning when we are in a vulnerable season of our lives. Some people do not have the best intentions and can take advantage of us being less confident in ourselves.
Food always tastes much better when you haven't eaten in a while.
Nourish your soul and get clear on your needs and desires. Don't negotiate on these just to keep someone around. And most of all... pay attention to your intuition! It's not there for you to ignore.
I also talk about how to make dating more fun by taking the pressure off of you and your future dates. The universe has its timing; learn to enjoy the time in between and have fun in the meantime!
With love,
Em
Welcome back to the House of Jade!
In today's episode I discuss how comparison can rob us of the joy and appreciation of our own unique self or life.
Social media is an easily accessible outlet for when these kinds of thoughts can arise for us.
How can we be more mindful of our usage and learn to redirect that comparison into inspiration instead?
I close out with the reminder that you are a whole, special person just as you are now. Take the social media break and recenter your mind if ya need.
With love,
Em
Welcome back to another episode of House of Jade. Today I talk about the mental and emotional struggles that come with battling an eating disorder that you may or may not be familiar with. I have struggled with several different eating disorders, but am most familiar with the binge-restrict cycle. I touch briefly on habits, speak on sneaky ways that you may have been restricting, and how to deepen your mindfulness to let go of the unhelpful eating disorder voice that doesn't let you see a way out.
There is a way out of this, and you are not alone in any of your struggles. I see and understand you.
In another episode, I may elaborate on habits and habit change, and how that relates to putting an end to binge eating.
With so much love,
Em

Welcome back to the House of Jade.
In this episode, we get into a juicy discussion on refining our inner realities to lead to a physical reality that we are proud of.
A lot of what we see manifest in our lives is directly related to how we are viewing things and, ultimately, how we are viewing ourselves. How do we manifest more of what want?
I unpack how manifestation really works, why misalignment blocks us from receiving what we ask for, and how facing our shadow work is the key to finally believing we're worthy of what we desire. Let's become aware of the boxes we have put ourselves in, and break out of them.
With love,
Em
Welcome into the first episode of The House of Jade!
My hopes for this podcast are to create a peaceful space where authentic conversation can take place. I encourage you to talk about the more vulnerable parts of yourselves as I believe this is what collectively helps us feel less alone.
Conversations will center around topics having to do with mental health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, spirituality and overall life lessons I have learnt or am currently learning in my 20s.
In today's episode, I share my experience with low iron & ferritin levels. I give some knowledge on how to reverse that as well as how your daily matcha may be contributing. I also segue into listening to your body when it comes to nutrition and how to find some food freedom amidst all the information that's out there.
Take an intentional breath, grab your favorite beverage and kick back with me for a bit.
With love,
Em
