The Nineteen Points of Agreement (abridged version)
Democracy has proven to be the most successful form of government. Capitalism has been
shown best able to distribute wealth amongst its citizens. There are different forms of
democracy but “social democracy” best exemplifies the Founding Fathers vision of “We the
people” with the base of governing springing directly from the people through the democratic
process. Those seeking an “authoritarian democracy” by driving policies, placing the power of
governance into the hands of a sham government with the real power in an elite based on wealth
are wrong. They have taken the nation away from the founding principles and into the realm of
an economic monarchy, much as the British system, which we fought the Revolutionary War
against. Economic Democracy or the ownership of the process, by the many, is the best method to
restore the balance and direction of society.
Point 2
It is the mandate of this document to create the framework used to build the structures for
the future to advance upon. We waste the many for the benefit of the few! It is the mandate
of those that agree to this document to drive the creation of structures that will build the
individuals that will in turn drive the great civilization of our future. From education that ensures
the availability to all, opportunity to use their abilities and talents to the maximum to driving
technologies that are beneficial to humanity regardless of economic gain. The building of a
structure that allows the growth of individuals and finding ways to use that talent is the path to
the future.
Point 3
We live on a Universal Continuum that includes all that we can touch and affect through
our actions or words. Though the Universal Continuum extends to near infinity we are each
responsible for those persons, environments, and ideals that we touch. Destructive actions toward
any of the aforementioned except in self-defense is against the individual mandate. The equal
relationship of rights and responsibilities is central to humanity's path to the future.
Point 4
You have the right to be who you are. But you also have an equal responsibility to be more
than you are today and every day! It is the expectation of the membership of this agreement that
anyone joining this organization shall not be destructive to the organization, fellow members or
themselves. Respect in all matters and to all persons is imperative for this organization to
succeed! To become more than we are as beings is the highest achievable goal! The balance of
rights and responsibilities in all matters is the heart of the Agreement philosophy.
God is what God is! Religion has long been the accepted link between humanity and the
associated deity of that group. It is not the place of the Foundations to tell its members how they
should practice their religion. But let it be known that no religion or individual owns God or shall
be excused from actions that use faith as a tool for violence, intimidation, or abuse. It is
imperative that all members agree that faith is an individual responsibility.
A person is a person is a person. There shall be no distinction between men and women, or
other differences. We are all members of the Universal Continuum and our interactions must be
guided by mutual respect. For all of our differences we are much more alike than different. It is
point of view, multitude of languages, inherent concepts and expectations that make us appear so
different. There will always be people that deserve hatred because of his actions but to hate
someone because of whom they are is against the precepts of this agreement.
Point 7
Authoritarianism is the greatest weapon of the Intelligent Animal and those that practice it
will be our fiercest enemies! Whether it is economic, religious or personal it must not stand! It
is the mandate of all those that are of agreement, that in all forms it is to be resisted. It is the
responsibility of those that agree to advance the ideal of leadership from a community of equals
as brought forth in the Declaration of Independence. “We the People” is our beginning point!
True advancement can only be found in the consensus of the people and not from the barrel of a
gun or a stranglehold of economic monarchy. True democracy can only be found in the majority
of the political spectrum. Repression and violence are found at both extremes of right and left as
both expound the authoritarian creed.
Our mandate is to the future. Many feel that the future is beyond our reach. The Intelligent
Animal conveys the ploy that it is not worthy of their efforts and so they take all they can
regardless of its implications to future generations. Those that agree, shall always be the
guardians of those to come! We shall be their voice and their advocate in all matters large and
small. Those that agree shall oppose the Intelligent Animal in its efforts to build a planetary
sewer for those yet to come. We are no longer what we were and not yet what we will become
but we must guard the future.
Access to the truth without point of view and/or preconceived concept is the right of all
Americans and by extension all Human Beings. It is only through understanding the truth
without concept or point of view that true progress in the state of mankind can be achieved.
Knowledge is the great leveler of society and builder of civilization. It is the mandate of the
holders of this agreement to always and to the best of its ability give absolute truth in all matters
while also demanding it from others. The three pillars of democracy and humanity are: Truth
without point of view, ethics and logic!
We must choose to have and build as much in common with each other as possible to
survive. The ability to communicate is imperative. There must be common language and
agreement as is humanly possible. It is the mandate of those willing to join The Agreement to
speak English. This does not discount other traditions or peoples. This gives us a common
ground when we meet or work and we choose to celebrate our common humanity! We must have
strong foundations in order to resist the pull of a schizophrenic reality and proceed to a better

in a hurtful way it is the basis for the betterment of mankind. The honest and full truth will
always be the path to the future. The future will be made, not in the great things but in the
everyday transactions between individuals. It is in the simple eloquence of the every day that
progress is best measured and lasting advancement is possible. Truth only has its greatest value
when it presented without the point of view or preconceived concept. Truth is the foundation of the
future!
Point 12
The agreement is not to promote the creation of nor shall it ever be a political party. To
become a political entity is to risk the pressures that have warped today's existing parties! This
agreement is to promote their best influence on the actions of political parties for the overall good
of humanity. This agreement is dedicated to removing the undue influence of corporations and
the Deceptican’s from America’s elections. “One person, one vote” shall always be the mandate
There are distinct expectations for private and public life. It should be the expectation that
privacy in one’s private life is their right! But no such expectation should be expected in public
life- including the workplace. The workplace and interaction within must be professional and
respectful- whether to a coworker or to a client or customer. With in-house surveillance which on
one hand protects management and employees also shows the interaction of all involved. This
agreement is committed to professional and respectful interactions between all parties. There is
no right to being stupid! In one’s private life there is an expectation of privacy unless an
individual is committing fraud, violence or breaking the law in other ways. But as always the
must be evidence of a crime and proper procedure as is expected in rule of law.
Point 14
Mankind does not have dominion over the Earth! We, humans, are but the end of a long line of
other inhabitants of the Earth. The true nature of our situation is more as renters than owners.
Actions without care for the damage to our Earth’s environment cannot be supported. This
agreement commits to the enhancement of Earth's Environmental Envelope and it is our mandate
to drive technology in that direction. This agreements commitment to enriching the Universal
Continuum demands our action.
Point 15
Education is of paramount importance and all have a right to its benefits! It is the power of
the individual to evolve through education that is the core of our effort to protect and enhance the
future. Our goals can only become real through the development of the individual to his or her
potential. The development of inherent, learned or developed abilities in each individual,
tempered by logic and ethics is the only reasonable route to a greater society. It is the mandate of
those that agree to begin the building of a great human civilization by building great individuals.
Point 16
Healthcare is a right and not a privilege! There is a responsibility to live as healthy as
possible. Good health is paramount in striving to reach an individual’s full potential!
Healthcare is a crucial component in the advancement of Humanity!
Point 17
We agree to build a second economy and lead the movement to restrain the economic
monarchy of today’s Deceptican’s! It is the mandate of those that agree, to lead the fight
against the economic, social, and political abuses of the Decepticans. Their actions are the single
most dangerous factor against the continuance of America’s political democracy. The capture of
a majority of the Supreme Court the packing of and emasculation of regulatory agencies,
gridlock in Congress, ownership of distributors of information, and the ability to control the
Prime Economy make the Decepticans a foe of great power and great danger to the United States
of America and the World.
If we are happy in life and our country is stable then the Decepticans have failed! The
Decepticans have been at war with the American people for more than thirty years. Their hatred
for the unions and the middle class has led them to build up China to the point where it is able to
challenge the United States both militarily and economically. They have waged upon the
American people with an economic, political, and social war of destabilization to meet their ends.
As students of the Milton Freedman School of Economics, they strive to create disruption in our
society to create an atmosphere where everyone is in a constant “survival mode.” In order to
create political power to coerce Americans to do things not in their best interest.
Point 19
We will fail before we succeed for we pursue an ideal beyond today’s humanity’s ability to
achieve. We also accept that we will not see many of the fruits of our labors to benefit our
future descendants! It is in failure that most is learned. Success will follow in the natural course
of events. Those that agree can only truly fail by quitting and it is our pledge to the human race,
future society, and the Universal Continuum to never quit learning, strive to become more, and
build a great civilization for humanity. It is to us, we that accept the agreement mandate to
become the shoulders that those yet to come to build their future. For them to become more than we
and they in turn become the shoulders that future human beings build their lives and civilization.
It the mandate of each individual member to become a transitional being in the ascent from
Intelligent Animal to Human Being.
