It's our 20th episode! This week we discuss the West Elm x Rent the Runway partnership and ask the question 'Would you rent bed sheets, pillows, and blankets?' We also go inside a technicolor '60s time capsule home in Palm Springs that was featured on the Netflix show "Stay Here." And did you know that both Bill Gates and Bob Dylan have trampolines on their properties? Do we smell a new design trend?

  • 18. Live from Las Vegas, it's 2019's must-have home features and design trends; Joanna Gaines' Anthropologie collection

Viva Las Vegas takes on a whole new meaning this week with Rachel coming to us live from the National Association of Home Builders’ Show in the heart of Sin City. Between touring the The New American Home and chatting with the decor experts at Houzz and Sherwin-Williams (among others), let’s just say she acquired a wealth of knowledge that we discussed on this week’s episode of “House Party.” We also chatted about a familiar topic, “Fixer Upper,” and shared our honest opinions on Joanna Gaines‘ new home decor collection with Anthropologie. And we turned our attention from modern farmhouse to midcentury modern to explore a highly unique Frank Lloyd Wright original in Cincinnati. The home was sold in just one day for under one million dollars.

  • 16. Kylie Jenner's home in Architectural Digest; have you gone "nose-blind" to your home?; converted firehouse in Chicago for sale

What do you love most about your home? It seemed like an appropriate question to ask just days ahead of Valentine's Day. House love is a thing, too! That's why we decided to discuss the amenities in our homes that we genuinely have heart eyes for.

Speaking of homes with swoon-worthy interiors, we couldn't get over the designs of two unique converted homes: an old firehouse in Chicago and a vintage train station in Hinsdale, NH. The former is a modernized gem with jaw-dropping architecture, and the latter is an adorable locomotive that was refurbished to its former glory.

We also took a peek inside the newly redecorated homes of Kylie Jenner and her mom, Kris. No matter how you feel about the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" stars, we dare you to not drool over the interior decor inside their pristine Southern California homes. Are we Kardashian/Jenner fans? Nope. But did we appreciate the decor choices they made? Surprisingly, yes! Put on your headphones and press that play button to hear why.

In addition to these topics, you can expect to hear much more on this week's episode of "House Party" including a segment on the phenomenon known as "nose-blindness," as well as our picks for real estate winner and loser.

  • 13. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s $3.8M renovations; HGTV brings back 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition;' neighborhood red flags

This week, news broke that HGTV will be rebooting “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” and we couldn’t wait to discuss it on this week’s episode of “House Party.” Do we need another home-renovation show? What will make “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” special? Is Ty Pennington attached to the project?!

Speaking of reality TV, the cast of Celebrity Big Brother 2 was announced, and it's a wild bunch. We name the cast members we'd be OK living in a house with for a month—and the one's we'd never survive an hour with.

We also break down the major neighborhood red flags every home shopper should pay attention to. The telltale signs of a bad neighborhood might not be obvious, so If you’re looking at houses, you might want to give this one a listen.

And lo and behold, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are back in the news—this time it’s all about their multi-million-dollar home renovation and the specific projects they plan on spending their (er … the Queen’s?) money on.

All this, plus, this week's celebrity winners and losers in real estate.

  • 12. What *Not* to Do in the Bedroom; the most beautiful bungalows in the US; more on Marie Kondo

Natalie and Rachel are big fans of "The Bachelor," but they were shocked to learn that the decor of the mansion changes with every new season. With the premiere of Colton Underwood's season on Monday, it felt like high time to discuss the inside of perhaps the most famous mansion on television. Spoiler alert: we're not impressed. We also dive deeper into the first three episodes of "Tidying Up With Marie Kondo," and we discuss the little things in your bedroom that may be stressing you out big time. In the category of bizarre news stories of the week, we discuss the Salinas doorbell licker. (At the time of recording he was still at large.) Plus beautiful jumbo bungalows and this week's real estate winners and losers. Enjoy!

  • 11. 'Tidying Up With Marie Kondo'; Why Hasn't Anyone Bought Elvis' Home?; Mark Cuban; 'Shaq-apulco'

In this week's episode, we got right into it with a no-holds-barred discussion about Marie Kondo and her buzzy new Netflix show, "Tidying Up with Marie Kondo." The series follows the Japanese organizing guru as she imparts her wisdom to families who desperately need help decluttering their homes. Natalie and Rachel share their honest feelings about the first two episodes of "Tidying Up," and how they feel about Kondo's methods—inspiring, or ridiculous? We also investigate why no one wants to buy Elvis Presley's honeymoon hideaway in Palm Springs, CA. The sprawling midcentury modern home that the King once shared with his bride, Priscilla Presley, has been on the market for years. But why hasn’t a buyer come around?! We close out our first episode of 2019 with our first celebrity real estate winner and loser of the year. Who made a slam-dunk deal and who threw a total air ball? Listen in to find out.
