Life is full of uncertainties, even more so in a plural life. In this episode we discuss in which areas uncertainty impacts us, from a young age to adulthood - on a societal and personal level. And we also talk about our ability to cope with and tolerate uncertainty when moving through daily life.

Art, storytelling and media shape our culture and vice versa. In this episode we explore how engagement with various art forms influence our selves-perception and how it may help us navigate plural life. We also discuss examples of harmful and helpful representation of plurality in media and what we personally look out for in the future.

Dæmonism is a practice in which a dæmian finds their "dæmon", usually an animal-like form, and builds a strong bond with this part of themself. Originally inspired by the books "His Dark Materials" written by Philip Pullman, a whole community has been growing for over 20 years around the concept of dæmonism. Our guests Fred and his dæmon Aza shed light on this plural-adjacent practice and share their unique perspectives as both dæmian/dæmon and plural system.

Understanding your own reality is especially important for plurals, and often not very easy. We will briefly discuss various meanings of the term "reality" from our plural perspectives, common struggles we experience regarding our internal and external reality, and share what has been helping us to better navigate those.
