Welcome to PI-Perspectives. On July 4th, our country once again faced the horrors of an active shooter situation in Chicago, Illinois. At least 6 people were killed and over 30 were injured. Matt reached out to Mike Julian, the founder of the ALIVE program that teaches people how to survive these situations. Mike actually is doing instructor training on July 21st and 22nd.
