Natalie Lewis specializes in forensic accounting and the analysis of economic damages. Ms. Lewis provides expert witness and consulting services in the areas of accounting, investigations, and litigation. She has specific expertise in fraud examinations, asset tracing, and investigating Ponzi schemes and has testified in deposition and trial as an expert witness.
Ms. Lewis is experienced in litigation disputes and is often hired by attorneys to assist clients with forensic accounting analysis and other damages and conduct internal investigations. She has participated in numerous engagements in various industries including hospitality, government, wholesale, oil and gas, healthcare, and professional services.
Ms. Lewis holds several leadership positions in the accounting and anti-fraud community, such as ACFE Board of Regents Chair, ACFE – Georgia Chapter board member, AICPA CFF Credential Committee member, AICPA CFF Champions Task Force co-chair, board member of the City of Atlanta’s Governing Board of the OIG and Ethics Office, and American Bar Association TIPS Vice-Chair. Michelle Barton joined HM&M in 2021 as a Senior Manager. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and a Master of Science in Organization, Learning and Technology, both from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in state of Texas and has worked in public accounting since 1993. Michelle has been actively appraising business interests since 1997.
Michelle is accredited in business valuation (ABV designation) as well as certified in financial forensics (CFF designation) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA designation). During her time with HM&M, Michelle has continued her professional education and earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, where she is currently serving as a director on the Valuation Credentialing Board. She has performed valuations of closely held entities in conjunction with shareholder disputes, divorce proceedings, estate, gift and income tax planning and compliance, corporate reorganizations, stock-based compensation arrangements, buy/sell agreements, transactions, and compensation, as well as assisted legal counsel in the determination of lost profits, economic damages, and wrongful termination.

As a Principal, Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Practice Leader. Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Windham Brannon's Forensics, Litigation and Valuation Team. Most of his cases involve some form of litigation, including valuations for marital dissolution purposes, lost earnings and lost profits calculations, wrongful termination or death cases, co-mingled funds, personal injury analysis, and economic damages. His client base is just a broad as his experience, having worked on cases involving local, small-owned businesses to global multi-billion-dollar corporations. Matt has spent time in the courtroom as an expert witness, testifying on the results of his findings.
Matt is an adjunct finance professor at John Brown University and Bryan College. He sits on the Executive Advisory Board and is a liaison to the Ethics Oversight Board for the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA). He served on its Litigation Forensics Board from 2014-2016 and has served as a liaison to NACVA’s Valuation Credentialing Board.
Matt is a frequent speaker on various topics related to business valuation and litigation support services, having traveled as far as Tanzania in East Africa to present to business executives. Matt earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His certifications include a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Matt is a member of the AICPA, NACVA and the American Society of Appraisers.

Ari S. Harper, CPA, ABV, CFE, is a forensic accountant specializing in litigation support, business valuation, and collaborative financial neutral services throughout Florida. Ari is qualified as an expert witness in multiple jurisdictions and is an Accredited Collaborative Professional.
Ari earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from University of Illinois Chicago. After becoming a CPA in 2012, Ari went on to become Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Associate of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Tracy has been investigating fraud for more than 25 years, but she didn’t always want to be a forensic accountant. With a dream of one day being a prison warden, Tracy went to Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI to get a criminology degree. A class on financial crime investigations reminded her how much she loved Encyclopedia Brown books as a kid. She continued her criminology degree, but added accounting and economics courses so she could become a CPA… and here Tracy is, finding money in cases of corporate fraud, high net worth divorce, and other financial shenanigans.

Dan is the Founder and President of Houston Financial Forensics, LLC, and Dan T. Ramey, CPA, LLC. His professional certifications include CPA/CFF/CITP/ABV, CFE, CVA, CIA/CRMA, CISA/CISM, and CMA. He is a past President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and formerly a member of the Board of Governors. Dan previously served as Chairman of the Houston CPA Society's Forensic and Valuation Committee and served two terms as the Treasurer of the Houston Chapter of InfraGard. Dan is also an adjunct professor at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University – Accounting and Business Law Department and the C. T. Bauer School of Business – Accounting Department at the University of Houston, where he currently teaches Forensic Accounting and previously taught Enterprise Risk Management. Both courses are graduate level in the Masters of Accountancy programs.
Dan graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and from Houston Christian University with an Executive MBA.
Dan was awarded the Certified Fraud Examiner of the Year award by the ACFE Houston Area Chapter in December 2019. In 2020, Dan was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the ACFE Houston Area Chapter. In 2018, he was recognized by the ACFE at their Global Annual Conference in Las Vegas as Educator of the Year.

Martin Holland has been active in small business for 49 years. Prior to becoming a business coach in 2011, he helped start or reorganize eight small businesses. Two of them failed, he sold four of them, and still works closely with two.
A native of Norman, Ok, Martin earned a B.A. degree from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
