Educating yourself with the facts surrounding accurate testing and treatment provides a powerful pathway to healing the brain and body.
In my last episode, I discussed how nutrient deficiencies and overloads impact the brain and body.
In today's episode, I'm speaking with Dr. Albert Mensah about genetics, epigenetics, the controversial MTHFR test, as well as misconceptions and dangers about the different forms of folic acid and their impact on the in utero environment.
Dr. Mensah is a world-renowned leader and teacher in methylation disorders. He is the co-founder of Mensah Medical in Warrenville, Illinois, a clinic that specializes in the treatment of biochemical imbalances and the cognitive and physical disorders caused by those imbalances.
