With most of the domestic footy competitions wrapped up, one issue that remains consistent across both codes is concussion. It was one of the big talking points in 2023, as footballers from both the NRL and AFL retired early on medical advice. How can we make the game safer for our athletes and how can we make sure this trickles down into grass roots and junior sport?
