Xi Jinping meets his old friends in Liangjiahe Village, and revisits his old home in a cave house and a dam that he helped to build. As a young man, Xi spent seven years here, living and working side by side with the fellow villagers whom he has missed for 40 years.

Since 1969, Chinese President Xi Jinping had lived and worked in Liangjiahe Village for more than seven years. In 2015 after being away for 40 years, Xi came back to the village. He recognized the fellow villagers and greeted them warmly as if he never left.
