In todays Friday Fire I discuss how even though I am a strong believer in living in the moment, it is proven that the willpower of delayed gratification will lead to a healthier and wealthier life. Actually Stanford University did a study proving how this delayed gratification will power lead to a better results if every measurable aspect. So next time you see a plate of cookies or get a stimulus check in the mail, maybe just weigh the difference between delayed gratification and enjoyment in the moment. Your future self might just thank you.
