How Do the Conditions of Near-Space Affect Sourdough Starter?

This is a one-off podcast episode for a science project. I was given the opportunity to send an experiment on a high-altitude weather balloon to 100,000 feet, and that experiment was sourdough starter. This episode explores and describes the experiment from start to finish.
