  • 007: Sexual Trauma

In this week’s episode, I had Katarina Hoskins, host of the Warrior Woman's Circle podcast, come into the studio and talk about what she’s learned about sexual health from analyzing research on moving past sexual trauma into healthy relationships. She’s currently pursuing her masters and working with Dr. Kristen Mark at the University of Kentucky. I will say that this is a heavy topic and sadly affects more people than it should. In opening up about our experiences and providing resources, I hope that this episode provides insight, or knowledge, or comfort to those that have been victims of abuse. I see you and I wish you to know that you are strong and still worth every ounce of love that this world has to offer. All the resources we mention in this episode will be available in the show notes on my website: www.joelleriding.com/howdoyoudealwith/sexual-trauma

She now works as a life coach and utilizes the ZIVA way to help you step out of your comfort zone and turn your dreams into reality.
