This episode we talk to P Mami, also known as Jenna, who is the creative brains behind Plant Mama or Pasta Mama. She has worn many hats in her career working as a plant stylist, running a design and installation business, food styling and event business, and even worked as a PE teacher in her earlier career. She launched her business Plant Mama six years ago, combining plant design with interior styling.

She now also runs Pasta Club events through Pasta Mama. Jenna has built an engaged online community that has amassed a loyal following on her various social media accounts where she shares photography, art and accounts from her life and travels.

In this interview, we talk to the delightful Elfy Scott. Elfy is an author and award-winning Journalist and Presenter. She recently wrote and released her first book ‘The One Thing We’ve Never Spoken About,' which explores the silence and stigma surrounding complex mental health conditions. It explores the topic through the lens of Elfy's experience living with a family member with a complex mental health condition, as well as investigating the stories of other Australians.

Elfy has also hosted and produced podcasts, ‘Left Right Out’ and ‘The Green Canary’, an environmental news podcast. She is currently working as an editor but shares her experience working as a freelancer for the past couple of years and her advice for those getting started.
