The Consequences of Human Errors

Erick is an expert at what he does and has a track record to show for it. However, he acknowledges that there is a tendency for humans to make errors, so they need the help of computers for recollection.

Employees at AMZ AllStars were making all sorts of errors, to the organization’s detriment, because they lacked an operational structure.
