In this episode I talk about my time at fulham in terms of all the goalkeeping pathway research I done and how I looked into creating pathways for all our goalkeepers at the club.

I believe you should all have a plan and there is a great pattern to most of the goalkeepers who have played in the premier league. 

I go through the patterns myself and you can understand how important it is to play matches to learn the game.
