In particular his experiences from working with his dad at the coal face of the electrical industry to senior works manager at Proteus and RPP.   

Starting in the late 90s and working his way up through the company over the years.  

It is also important to raise awareness around the roles apprentices can find in the electrical industry. It isnt just pulling cables and wiring things up. We have a vast industry with demand right through it!
