Ted asks about what things, exactly, comprise the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rod talks about the simplicity of the Gospel, the value of hearing Christ crucified for my rescue every Sunday morning, the sinner 'being turned' away from self (passively—as in Jeremiah 31:18) and toward Jesus Christ, and what people consistently confess after spending long enough in a church which takes them down the road of works instead of Christ and His sufficiency to save.
