Angie shares her story, the setbacks she’s faced losing her brother and her Mum, and how she has turned her mental mess into her message. She now shares her knowledge with her clients and how to use personal development and journaling to develop their own coping strategies.
We chat around emptying your head into a Journal and literally asking yourself “How am I felling?”. Journaling allows you to monitor your daily thoughts, feelings, and actions, which we so often miss. We also talk about gratitude and focussing on the positive, rather than the negative.
