How Set Points Can Create Intention - A Line In the Sand

What is your weight right now? Is it where you want it to be. Chances are that it isn't. it is higher than you may want it to be. I know mine isn't. I want mine lower too. I have a set point though. I will never allow my weight to exceed 200 pounds. For me, that is a set point I have determined. If it gets close then I have to take drastic steps to not allow it to go over.

Set a point for yourself with anything and see it's power.
