When the war first broke out there was a woman who started running groups for the evacuees from the south, as a form of running therapy- after realizing the therapy it is for her own her own life…
Meet Yael Goodman, founder of Run Jlem!
I got a message from her around 10 days after the war started asking to buy some running skirts for these women, who had less than an hour to pack their belongings and flee..
And 6 months later, with the help of many friends, customers and Yael’s Tani Fund we’ve donated just over 100 skirts!
The donations keep on coming..
And although this podcast is from a month ago its still so relevant, sharing a genuine window into what it’s actually like in our country these days.
May we live to see happier days 🌺

Childbirth is a vital part of a Jewish woman's life.
We as women get to carry on the bloodline of our forefathers and mothers and it comes with a huge זכות (honor).
Going through the 9 months of growing a baby comes with great upheavals and mood swings, as well as expectations for the future and especially the childbirth delivery.
There is power in voice, power in meditation, and maybe by playing these affirmations you will be able to train your mind and prepare for a meaningful and smooth delivery.
