We live in a society that glorifies “the grind.” We’re proud of our hustle and hard work to make things happen. We know that constantly pushing ourselves and rushing around can lead to burnout both physically and mentally, but many of us continue at a breakneck pace because we think it’s necessary to achieve our goals and dreams. The reality is, adopting a slower more deliberate pace can deliver better results and enhance our quality of life.
