How The State Paid Millions For Low Quality Road Work

Last week, Gov. Brad Little signed a bill that would funnel $80 million a year of Idaho sales taxes into roads.

A few days later, the Idaho Capital Sun published an investigation that says the state may have overpaid road builders $4.3 million in just one year.

Idaho Matters talks with Idaho Capital Sun senior reporter Audrey Dutton to understand more about what's going on.
