Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to help maintain your health and looks.

Take time out of your busy day to connect with your husband while he is at work. Don't phone him with problems or expect lengthy conversations that will stop him working but a quick message to let him know this you are thinking of him and how you can't wait to be in his arms tonight

Tonight try doing something unimaginable!.

Switch off your TV, put down your phone and tablet; everything on your social media feed will still be there tomorrow.

Disconnect from the outside world entirely and spend the evening connecting with your husband and family.  

Play a board game, do a jigsaw, anything that does not involve looking at a screen and talk to each other.  

Spend quality time together forget the outside world for one night.

When was the last time you told your husband that you loved him or how lucky you feel being his wife? 

A Submissive Wife should remember to start and end each day by telling her husband how much she loves him and how blessed she feels to be his wife. 

Don't take it for granted that he knows how you feel, and it takes less than a minute to tell him you love him and appreciate everything he does for you.

These boundaries make her feel safe and secure, and she can enjoy being a woman safe in the knowledge that her husband will look after her

Make sure you spend time with your husband.

You must do lots of fun things together and not just the tedious daily chores because if you start neglecting to spend fun time with him, and go out with friends, on your own instead of as a couple, he will get used to you not being around and your marriage will suffer.

Remember you married him because you wanted to spend the rest of our life together, you became one body when you married.

When he walks through the door, she knows he wants to walk into a warm, loving atmosphere and not a cold war zone.

Keeping the home clean is easier if you have a weekly / daily cleaning schedule and work through this each day.  Breaking the weeks cleaning down into small manageable tasks is more manageable than leaving it to one day.

It is also a good idea 30 mins before he comes home to take a few mins to have a coffee and fix your hair and makeup, you want to be relaxed and looking your best when he comes through the door.  Let him know that you are pleased to see him and give him a few mins to unwind before you start telling him about your day.

Try not to dominate the conversation and take a break and let him speak.

Give him your full attention and do not expect him to share it with your social media feed.  

Once you become parents, you have to remember that you have to find the time to work on your marriage no matter how tired you are.  

If you start to neglect your relationship, you begin to lose the connection between you and your husband.  

Make sure that you find time each week. to do something together even if it is just cuddling up on the sofa.

Take advantage of grandparents offering to have the children for sleepovers, plan on having a special date night with no need to get up early for work the next day, make the most of the time together. 

Being a parent is a full-time job, but everyone deserves needs a break and time for self-care.
