If we’re really honest, most of the time, we’re dishonest with ourselves. We don’t like to admit it, but sometimes the conversations we have with ourselves are really unhealthy and even the root of many of our problems. We can be negative or catastrophize everything, or we go from one extreme to the other, either in total denial of our feelings or beating ourselves up for everything. How do we have a more honest conversation with ourselves?
Today, we’re going to cover three main points:
1) What is keeping you from being brutally honest with yourself?
(spoiler alert - it’s negative self-talk)
2) What’s behind your negative self-talk?
3) How to be brutally honest with yourself.
