For this spooky season, I get into one of my own personal demons… being raised in a very strict christian religion that lead me to believe that I would go to hell for drinking coffee or hanging out with my friends on a sunday. The visceral fear was so incredibly deep that it absolutely ruled my life. In this episode, I tell my own story on how I broke out of Mormonism, what my relationship with my family is like now and give guidance to anyone else who may be in the same boat.

I also share and advocate for resources that may help you continue your momentum.
