About Andrew Quinn
Andy began his adult life in the marine sciences, but a life-long love of the visual arts turned him down the path of film and photography as a preferred medium for understanding and translating the natural environment to others.

Quinn's work has taken him to dozens of locations on six continents and four oceans, atop high summits, beneath roiling waves, and through diverse cultural and natural landscapes.

While the majority of his work is outdoors and surrounded by nature, Quinn most enjoys and excels at examining the human relationship to the environment.

This applies to his personal life as well, where he can be found exploring the coastline and mountains of Central California with his wife, two children and dogs.
