My guests today are Maxx Mackay and his beautiful wife Tracy, who also happens to be my baby sister. Maxx and Tracy are the Co-Founders of Cozy Cottages - a thriving 5 star vacation home rental company they built from scratch (literally).

Tracy is one of the hardest working people I know. Never one to sit still, she has run several successful businesses (simultaneously I might add) all while being a mom to two amzing teenagers.

Maxx, her Kiwi partner in business and life, is equally entrepreneurial. Not only is he the Co-Founder of Cozy Cottages, he’s also the CEO of Top Notch Renos - a thriving renovations company in Montreal. 

I invited this power couple to be guests on my show to talk about the Cozy Cottage brand. I wanted to learn what their secret to success is. And I was curious to hear how the pandemic has affected their business as well as the entire cottage rental industry.
