Jim & Charlie are the leaders of Dahlem Realty Company - a full service leasing, sales and property management company. Founded in 1931, Dahlem became a leading contractor in Louisville, KY and notably developed large parts of St Matthews. After returning the company in 1990, Jim & Charlie expanded the construction and property management divisions, eventually selling the construction business in 1998. Since then, they've focused on acquiring, developing, and managing the company's holdings, as well as their main focus today, their real estate brokerage business.
