We've been speaking to a lot of new as well as experienced investors lately that are feeling overwhelmed with real estate investing.

We decided to go over what we've seen and how to overcome feeling overwhelmed.

We believe there are 2 main reasons for this.

1- Too many options. this is an issue when it comes to marketing, education, and strategies for taking down a deal.

2- Social media. This makes EVERYONE look like they're killing it in real estate with very little effort.

We will expand on both of those 2 reasons and give, hopefully, a way for you to resolve this.
