In this week’s episode of Wellness As A Way of Life I am focusing on how to deal with the overwhelming information when it comes to your personal health and wellness routine, and why we want our Wellness  to feel like a Way of Life. 

The Wellness As A Way of Life Manifesto:

  • There is no one-size fits all wellness.  
  • You already have all the technology you need - your body is sacred technology.  
  • Less is more in terms of practices and information.  
  • We need to make gradual shifts that lack a lot of overlap in order to really understand, accept and know what is serving us personally and what is really not, or not enough to worry about doing. 
  • Wellness should feel embodied, not outside of yourself. 
  • We are reinstating our agency to know what is best for ourselves. 
  • By tuning in to our intuition, embodied experience, observations and physical, emotional and mental feedback we will determine what is best for us and grow confidence in our ability to discern and drown out the constant overwhelm of information and noise. 
  •  Evolution, expansion, simplification, tribe vibe, life long self-improvement.
