How to detach from your smartphone

In this episode, we talk about why it's imperative to our health that we detach from our smartphones for at least two hours a day. I've seen so many kids and so many adults whose lives are just being devoured by the smartphone and by social media. Their time is gone and their well-being is gone. They're socially anxious and they're socially awkward in real life because they communicate by text or liking things and following things and sharing things. They don't actually know how to speak their mind or articulate their thoughts. Give yourself a chance to thrive in life by fasting from your phone for an hour, maybe two hours, maybe three hours. We can do this!
