Rocky Romanella is an author, speaker and founder of 3SIXTY Management Services. He began his 36-year career with UPS as a part-time loader and unloader, eventually working his way up to become the president and general manager of UPS Supply Chain Solutions. After retiring from UPS, he went on to become CEO of UniTek Global Services.
