Tom Welsby is the successful founder and CEO of ResVu, an innovative high-density living platform providing unique resident engagement, communication and facility management tools for residential and commercial management professionals. These industries are ready to be disrupted, and Tom was one of the first to identify that potential a few years ago, while he owned an apartment building and hotel management company.
