I know burnout is a big concern for many of us, so I explain how the challenge is designed to be flexible and manageable, averaging about 15 minutes a day. You can pace yourself however it suits you—daily, every other day, or batching your practice. There’s no competition, just your own progress with optional accountability through private prompt submissions and weekly check-ins.
