Today I want to talk about how to like yourself, and how to like being WITH yourself. For some of you, this might be the first time you ever really thought of this. Do I like myself, do I like to be WITH myself? If you struggle with confidence, if you find yourself co-dependent on others, meaning, your sense of confidence and stability and okay-ness is DEPENDENT on other people, most commonly our significant other, or even sometimes, our children, and you want to learn how to better stand on your own two feet, and feel okay when you’re alone with yourself.
