How to Listen to Your Intuition and Developing “Sacred Self-Care” with Julie Reisler

There is much that we do on a daily basis to help our physical wellbeing but we sometimes ignore our inner self.  Our ability to listen to our inner voice and our intuition is critical to living a life where we feel in alignment with our heart, mind and soul.

 

For this week's episode of the Weekend Wellness Hour show,  we spoke with Master Life Coach, author, speaker and founder of the Life Designer® Coaching Academy and School of Sacredology®, Julie Reisler, about listening to your intuition and the importance of "sacred self-care."  This is such an important topic in our current world and Julie is an expert in this area. 

 

Julie shared her background and how she worked her way out of a food addiction and changed up her life to live one that is based on listening to her intuition. 

 

She taught us about the types of intuition (visceral, volume, visual and vessel) we can experience and how to listen to them.  You can even take a quiz on her website to learn which type suites you.

 

We discussed heart intelligence and how science is demonstrating that our heart is more than just an organ that pumps blood. It learns and can help us in our daily life with being in alignment with our mind and emotions.

 

"Sacred self-care" is also another topic we covered as Julie has put together a regimen for herself to ensure she shows up as her best possible self each day.  She has even developed the School of Sacredology to provide a community for those looking to improve their self-care.
