Good entertainment – books, movies, music – help you fulfill your purpose. What is the primary purpose of work? To make money? No, making money is the secondary outcome. The primary value is that when you do good work, you become a-better-version-of-yourself. 

Everything makes sense in relation to your essential purpose. Next time you have a choice to make, simply ask yourself, which option will help me become the-best-version-of-myself? You will be astounded at the clarity this one question will bring to your heart and mind.
