Shelby (Osborne) Johnson's remarkable journey in the real estate industry showcases her determination and success. After dedicating 6 years of service in the Army and leaving with the rank of Captain, Shelby delved into the real estate world. In her first year as a solo agent, she achieved an impressive feat by closing 48 deals, earning twice the payout of a Captain's salary. This early triumph earned her the prestigious title of Keller Williams Rookie of the Year 2018 in the Carolinas Region.

In 2019, Shelby established the Five Pillars Team, a model inspired by the MREA system, and later moved her team to eXp. Over the following 2.5 years, her team accomplished an astonishing 570 transactions, resulting in over 1.3 million in GCI. Shelby's dedication and innovation were evident in her decision to shift away from the traditional team model in 2021, steering Five Pillars towards becoming a nationwide community for Agents. This platform empowered agents to build both real business and lasting wealth while collaborating with their peers.

Beyond her thriving real estate career, Shelby ventured into real estate investment. She successfully acquired 74 rental properties, consisting of both Short Term and Long Term investments. While she sold a few properties, Shelby wisely chose to retain the remaining 45 for future opportunities. In 2023, she also founded Pints & Properties, a real estate investors meetup, fostering a space for like-minded individuals to network and explore new investment possibilities.
