Made for Impact

How to overcome your fears and doubts through kundalini yoga with Meghan Sylvester

Listen Later

The One thing she wants people to know about her:
I am love and someone to help you know how magnificent you are
On this episode:
I found my radiance through connecting to oneness and kundalini yoga
To get approval and attention from my dad I blocked out my feminine side as I was comparing myself to my brother
Our patriarchal world is set up on masculine energy, on doing, analyzing, performing, progress
I was trying all the masculine hats and this trying so hard wasn’t fulfilling
All of this hard-working led me to sickness
What catalyzed changes in my life was being unwell then I learned to trust my intuition
I found Kundalini yoga by accident on a podcast
I was craving spirituality without even realizing it
You et to tune into what feels expansive
Kundalini gave me the audacity and activated ME being ME
To start your kundalini journey start with 40 days practice:Simply choose online kundalini meditation and stick with it for 40 days

Daily Rituals:
I give myself check-in questions and ask myself if this is supporting positivity or toxicity
Practicing liberation kria (exercise)
Listen to mantras as they impact our frequencies

Last thing that’s on my heart:
Ask yourself - are the negative beliefs really true?
You are ready right now, not later, and the people who need you need you right now.
