So when I met today's guest Chenise Offord, I was all ears to hear what she had to say about her experience in real estate and her organization, Rebuild the Hood. Chenise is the Founder/Executive Director of Rebuild the Hood, Inc., and she is hugely passionate about creating generational wealth in our communities. Rebuild the Hood is a central hub of knowledge and resources related to Real Estate, Business, and Financial Literacy. 

Rebuild the Hood's purpose is to "Revitalize Distressed Communities via investment in Small Businesses and Real Estate." What was initially created as a stand-alone event in 2017, Rebuild the Hood, has now morphed into a full-service organization dedicated to the economic growth and sustainability of distressed and impoverished neighborhoods in Chicago.
