The One thing she wants people to know about her:I am an instrument of love and light

I went to palm reader and it shook me to my core that I didn’t know what to answer when she asked me what my passion was and that started my inner quest 

I used to be a box checker 

Passion brings out your flow 

You don’t find your passion it finds you through your inner work 

I used to work 70 hours a week, with two kids and carrying for my dad 

I started to journal daily about what was happening when I was feeling anxious 

I gathered all personality tests I have ever taken and studied my strengths 

 

Daily Rituals:

I started with 5 minutes each day in a meditative state now I create space up to three hours for myself daily
