Cee is a Advocate-Author-Consultant-Coach-Speaker-Servant touching Lives & Marking a Difference Uplifting one spirit one smile at a time.   CEE is an Addvocate for Autism, Mental Health, Multiple Diagnoses having two sons diagnosed ranges from a light-threatening medical condition to cognitive/mental issues and learning disability.  Both are on the spectrum and attend specialized schools.  She is the Author of: God’s Providence-The Gift of Adoption and she is a Mary Kay Consultant.  Cee has worked within the Department of Education as a Parent Member, Elected Board Member and Scools Leadership Team among other positions.  As a Parent Advoate, Cee aids families navigating through Early Intervention Department of Education CPSE, CSE and other Special education programs.
