Made for Impact

How to release ancestorial traumas and trust your healing journey

Listen Later

A healing journey can feel so overwhelming, doesn’t it?

Like the more work we do, the more we discover there is to work on.

I used this analogy recently with my client…

Imagine your age and see a mansion with that amount of rooms.

For example, I am 38 years young and so my mansion would have 38 rooms that I have collected throughout my life.

Those rooms have to be taken care of, cleaned, and sometimes they feel cluttered or deserted as we are trying to forget some things.

This mansion also has a basement representing our past, and it stores things we love, we want to forget, and some dark spiderwebs and corners.

And then there is the attic… to which we can access only after we access all rooms and the basement.

Only when we acknowledge that there is work that gets to be done and that no one can do it for us.

We don’t have to do it alone. We can have a cleaning team who can come support us, like our loved ones, our coaches, mentors, therapists, etc.

Yet the ultimate inner work is truly on you.

So, even if it feels overwhelming my love, know that you can do it.

That you can take care of all the things that have been created in those rooms.

And when you do, you create a space to rise into the attic. Your attic contains your purpose, your passion and gives you a beautiful view on your life.

When we embrace the healing journey and dedicate ourselves to clean those rooms, bringing the light and dust off the old stories and create new ones, we rise.

It is your time to raise my love.

Create that patience, love, and compassion for yourself as you are healing.

You are so worthy of healing and abundance my love, allow it and embrace it.

What is currently your go-to on your healing journey that helps you keep going?
