 Their journey into the fitness industry was shaped by challenging beginnings, intertwining faith with exercise. Diana experienced a transformative moment in 2005, shedding 50 pounds and adopting a healthier lifestyle, while Micah, having been skinny, found confidence and mental well-being through working out, overcoming depression.

For Diana, exercise is a spiritual experience, connecting her with the divine. She perceives the body as a holy tabernacle and believes it is a divine command to care for it through exercise. Micah advocates for simple, obvious choices in nutrition, cautioning against harmful substances like alcohol and sugar. He emphasizes the profound impact of health on overall life quality and stresses that daily habits shape one's health.

Encouraging others to start their health journeys now, Micah suggests beginning with mindset evaluation and identifying excuses. Establishing their business online, they transitioned clients from transformation gyms to foster a lasting mindset. MySpace and Pinterest played pivotal roles in sharing client success stories and expanding their business.

Devoting their business to God, the LeCertes view it as a ministry, authentically incorporating their faith. Despite their business's nascent stage, they committed to sponsoring 25 Haitian children's education, a responsibility they have been blessed to be able to consistently uphold, even as the number of sponsored children grows annually.

Diana sees life's challenges as opportunities for growth and impact. She urges individuals to seek divine guidance, emphasizing the importance of physical fitness in fulfilling one's purpose. The couple believes that God has a vision for every business, underlining the significance of waking up healthy and aligning their business with the Lord's plan.
