I love a musical theatre reference, and no I am not actually on the verge, I am just having one of those days. And instead of dismissing it and pretending that everything about entrepreneurship is roses and sunshine, I wanted to share with me the tools and strategies that I have for those days (like today!) when I am dis-regulated, when I do need to slow down and take care of myself and when I do know that I have been burning the candle at both ends.
