Today I chat to Patrick O'Sullivan, who shares his experiences as founder and managing director of Prestige Civil Group.

Based in Victoria, Patrick has a really cool background story.  His journey in construction started the day after being kicked out of school, working for a few different companies before deciding at the age of 21 to make a crack of it himself and now overseeing a roster of over 120 people.

He reflects on the steady rise of the company - from early beginnings with a handful of employees from the football club, getting the hires right, setting the sights on ambition and embodying the core values, every step of the way.
