From 14-20, I was in an abusive relationship 

Meditation and movement saved my life - it helps to tap into your truth 

Connect with what you really want and let it inspire you 

Create mindfulness practice - EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) Highlight the undesirable feeling and then shift it….

Even Though I feel…. I choose to now…

Be connected to the outcome and trust it’s already done
