‘Narcissist’. It’s become a handy insult for anyone who is kind of full of themselves. Donald Trump is a narcissist, Elon Musk, even former prime minister Kevin Rudd was famously diagnosed as a ‘Grandiose Narcissist’ by a psychiatrist who had never even met him 

But what is a true narcissist? How do we spot them? And what harm could they possibly cause?
