When you think about building a band of brothers or a tribe of men, several practical questions arise: Are you a tribal leader? Should you join another tribe? Does this exist where you are? Are the men around you rowing in the same direction as you? In this episode, Dan Berkholder, Ethan Senn, and Tate Taylor talk about practical aspects for building a local tribe. They'll talk about establishing a vision, organizing, and setting the course of activities that should unite the tribe.

Unfortunately, not every church or community will make for a good tribe of men, so context is really important. Likewise, not every man is a leader, so it's important to establish if you have the right constituent parts to work with in the first place.
