You're gearing up for a new school year and are ready to make a big difference in your students' lives. That's where needs assessments come in. They're like the compass that guides us in the right direction from the very beginning of the school year.

Think of this as our chance to hear straight from the students themselves - what they need, what challenges they face, and how we can best support them.

While I can't hand you a one-size-fits-all needs assessment, I can share strategic ideas of what to include so that the results can help to inform the direction of your program and make it much easier to plan out your year.
